Racing Post Yearling Bonus Scheme

The Racing Post Yearling Bonus Scheme has provisionally generated an additional £3,000,000 towards prize money worldwide for this year's crop. Vendors have committed to paying £500 per yearling to the prize fund and owners are asked to contribute £250 per yearling before 15th December 2009 to maintain eligibility

Of the approximately 140 two year old maiden races to be run in Ireland in 2010, 54 will be allocated £10,000 bonuses and 10% of bonuses will be allocated to three year old maiden races during March, April and May 2011. Bonuses will be allocated throughout the season to races run over the full range of race distances applying to every category of two year old maiden race

Candidates for Racing Post Yearling Bonuses can be purchased at all sales offering yearlings between now and the end of the year.

• Goresbridge---25th September, 20th & 21st October


• Tattersalls---6th to 9th October, 12th to 16th October, 23rd November


• Tattersalls Ireland---23rd & 24th September, 14th & 15th November
