ADMISSION TICKETS
The Association of Irish Racecourses (AIR) is the representative body for all racecourses in Ireland. They are an independent body and are responsible for all industry ticketing. AIR Card and Racecourse ticket allocation is the sole responsibility of the AIR however Horse Racing Ireland Ownership facilitate correspondence with owners and additional ownership ticket requests on behalf of AIR members (the racecourses). |
ADDITIONAL ADMISSION BADGES
Each racecourse provides additional admissions for owners with runners, provided they are requested in advance of the meeting. Ticket requests are made through a simple online form.
• Sole Owners, Partnership, Club & Company: Can request an additional 4 Admission Badges
• Syndicate: 1 admission badge per registered member without an AIR Card i.e. a syndicate with 8 members is entitled to 4 AIR Cards and 4 Additional Admission badges.
• Owners wishing to buy additional badges over and above their allocation should contact the racecourses directly. All contacts details are included on HRI correspondence.
CORRESPONDENCE
Once race entries have closed, each racehorse owner with an entry will receive an email with details of the hospitality offering at the racecourse along with information and deadlines for requesting additional admission tickets.
Ticketing emails are sent to the Horse Racing Ireland registered owner. In the case of multiple ownership the email is sent to the registered Agent. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure their contact details are up to date.
TICKET DEADLINE
With the exception of Sunday all ticket requests must be made by 3pm on the afternoon prior to racing i.e. For racing on Tuesday all requests must be made by 3pm on Monday. For bank holiday Monday requests must be made by 3pm Sunday. The exception is Sunday racing. All requests for Sunday racing must be in by Friday at 3pm. Apologies for the inconvenience, but no requests will be accepted after these deadlines.
