Shabra Charity will be holding a fundraiser at the Dublin Racing Festival in February, as they look to raise funds for their vital work in the provision of much-needed medical equipment.
The fundraiser is in memory of the late Oliver Brady, who promised the Mater Hospital that he would donate the first World Class DNA Gene Sequencing Equipment to the Dublin hospital.
In the last three years, the charity have been fundraising to fulfill his promise and have raised over €750,000. They are now on the final journey to fundraise for Phase 2 and hope to complete this by 2nd Feb next.
